What are some challenges you have faced?

Staying focused and knowing exactly what I wanted to do, and fitting into the constraints of my coworkers. It was difficult being accepted and showing I was competent to do what they wanted me to do.

What advice would you give high school students?

You need to develop an action plan over a 4-5 year period. It needs to be dynamic and you have to be committed and willing to make changes to it. You also need to focus on your area of interest. Take classes in chemistry, biology, math, physics, and especially English for writing and giving presentations.

What I like best about my Job:

I like having the ability to assist individuals in achieving their goals.
